- CBChristine· August 28th, 2023I hate to admit the tour was bad! It was very unorganized! For example, we missed a boat tour because our tour guide had the wrong number of tickets. On another tour the same tour guide messed up our seating arrangement. It was supposed to be an English speaking tour we had spanish, Portuguese, and English speaking people. The hotels were far from everything and they were dirty (I have pictures of the mold and stains). The tour never even picked us up for our last tour and the bus driver made a creepy comment to me asking if I was gonna go dancing! It was creepy and unapproperiate. These are just so of my complaints, there are many more!Show more

Asked on May 18th, 2024I am wanting to make some inquiry in regards to Tours in 2025 Milan to the Alps. Tour 245841 - I am hoping to go late September 2025. Firstly just wanted to clarify all Hotels are included in the accommodation. How many Hotels does this include? Trying to identify how many moves I will make in this time? I see you do airport Transfers, I am assuming no airfares are included! Is this correct? I have noted some unfortunate reviews on your website. I am Australian and don't speak any other language. Do your Tour Guides all speak English.

The hotels are in Milan and Bergamo (3 nights in Milan at the beginning, 2 nights in Bergamo in the middle and 2 nights in Milan at the end). Arrival transfer is included, so we need to know the arrival flight to organize the transfer.
