- Day 1
Casablanca
You'll arrive at Casablanca International Airport where your driver and guide will be waiting. From there, they'll take you to your hotel for check-in. Depending on how you're feeling after your flight, you can either rest at your riad or take a short city tour to get oriented. Dinner is included at your riad tonight.

Rabat to Fes
After breakfast, you'll head out to explore Rabat's main sites including the 2nd-century Chellah Necropolis, Kings' Mausoleum, and Hassan Tower. You'll also walk through the 12th-century Kasbah des Ouadayas and stop for mint tea at Cafe Maure overlooking the Bou Regreg River. Following lunch, it's about a three-hour drive inland to Fes, where you'll arrive around sunset and settle in at your boutique hotel for dinner.

Fes
Your day kicks off with breakfast on the rooftop terrace of your hotel. Then you'll explore Fes, the world's largest car-free urban zone that was founded back in 781 AD. You'll walk through the medina's Jewish quarter, check out the medersas and the famous tanneries where they still use ancient leather-preparation methods. The University of Al Quaraouiyine is also on your list, and it's worth seeing since it's been operating continuously since 859 AD. After grabbing lunch in the medina, you'll have free time to rest or wander around on your own. Later in the evening, you can either find your own dinner spot or join an optional tour that hits three local souks, includes a hammam bathhouse visit, and ends with traditional Moroccan street food at a tea house.

Fes to Marrakech
You'll take it easy this morning and explore Fes at your own pace. In the afternoon, a short flight gets you to Marrakech where you'll have time to relax at a hammam spa before dinner. The spa experience covers traditional cleansing steps, mud masks, and an oil massage designed to refresh you. Afterward, you'll head back to your riad for some downtime with mint tea and dinner.

Marrakech
Starting with breakfast at your riad, you'll explore Marrakech beginning with the iconic Koutoubia Mosque. From there, you'll see the Bahia Palace and Saadian Tombs to check out traditional Moroccan architecture and tile work. Next, you'll stop by the Mellah to learn about Morocco's Jewish heritage. Mid-day lunch happens on a terrace overlooking the spice markets where you can try tagine and mint tea. Your afternoon is spent wandering the souks with their spices, clothing, household items, and traditional gifts. By evening, you'll head to Djema El Fna Square to catch street performers, fortune-tellers, musicians, and food vendors.

Marrakech
You'll sleep in and have a relaxed breakfast before heading to the lush Majorelle Gardens to find hidden spots and vibrant plants, then pop into the small Berber Museum. Next door is the Yves Saint-Laurent Museum where you can explore the fashion designer's permanent collection. You'll wrap up the morning at 33 Majorelle, which features trendy Moroccan designers' work and art. In the afternoon, you'll join a cooking class learning to prepare traditional tagine with chicken and vegetables, plus Moroccan bread, fresh salad, and mint tea. Dinner is the best part, where you'll eat the food you made and finish with almond paste cookies.
