- JMJin· November 21st, 2025Here’s a short, impactful version you can use for TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, or similar platforms: --- Concise Review: Our driver-guid, Wail, was outstanding—pleasant, attentive, and truly dedicated. Even when the vehicle’s AC failed, he worked tirelessly, skipping meals to fix it quickly, ensuring our comfort. All four of us were extremely happy with his service. The company’s itinerary was well‑planned, and most accommodations were good. Highly recommended! ---Show moreTrip date: November 2025
Lina· November 15th, 2025We had such a great time discovering Morocco...Show moreTrip date: May 2024- GPGarrett· October 31st, 2025The trip was very good and the driver was extremely safe and courteous to assure comfort during the journey. The Hotels were nice and clean, and breakfasts were good and sufficient. Our Driver in particular took care to assure our safety and stopped for many POV locations for photo's - very nice and helpful. The guides at the FEZ and other towns were knowledgeable, history and area information - all locals so that is very helpful. - but the time spent in shops they highlighted were lengthy and long which caused lengthy stays in one shop, and prohibited free time to browse and see other things. It would be nice if that could be better managed better. The drive times were long but had to be: We saw a major portion of Morocco and the vast changes in environments from oceans to desert - mountains was worth the duration :). Great time good group of diverse people - entertaining, great sights comfortable van. Some very enjoyable moments as a group. ThanksShow moreTrip date: October 2025

Asked on September 17th, 2025Can you please let me know what are the start timings on this tour each day. If we are travelling by bus will the bus stop for washroom breaks. Is there a toilet in the bus? On the last day can you arrange for accomodation. Also what time the tour starts on Nov 8 and what time does it end on Nov 16 as I need to book flights accordingly
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written September 2025On the first day (Nov 8), we only arrange airport pick-ups and transfers to your accommodation, so you can relax after your flight. The actual adventure begins the following morning. On the last day (Nov 16), the tour will finish depending on your flight schedule, with a drop-off either at the airport or at your accommodation in Marrakech. For transportation: we don't use large buses — instead, we travel in small, comfortable vehicles (maximum 17 seats, often 6–8 seats). This makes the trip much more flexible. The driver always stops for washroom and refreshment breaks whenever needed. There is no toilet inside the vehicle, but breaks are frequent and adapted to the group. Yes, we can also arrange accommodation for the last day if you wish.

Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written August 2025We can offer you two options for your return to Casablanca: Train option - drop you off at the train station in Marrakesh, or Private transfer option - arrange a private transfer directly from Marrakesh to your hotel near Casablanca Airport. The private transfer comes with an additional cost.

Traveler•Written August 2025Could you let me know about what time that would be at the train station? And how much extra would a private transfer directly to hotel near Casablanca Airport cost?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written August 2025If dropped off at Marrakech train station, plan to arrive about 5 hours before your flight departure. The train takes around 3 hours from Marrakech to Casablanca, and you'll need to be at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. A private transfer directly from Marrakech to your hotel near Casablanca Airport costs 1600 MAD (around 178 USD).

Asked on August 17th, 2025I know your tour states camping in the desert but must it be done on a camel. I have a mobility and weight issue and camels would not be good for me to travel if it takes along time. Is there another form of transport?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written August 2025No worries at all — if you would prefer not to ride a camel, we can arrange transport to the desert camp by 4x4 instead. This way you can enjoy the desert experience comfortably without any problem.

Asked on July 24th, 2025If our flight on the last day is at 1:40pm, can we still have the morning tours to majorel gardens and YSL?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written July 2025Since your flight is at 1:40 PM, you'll need to be at the airport by 11:40 AM at the latest, so it might be a bit tight to visit the Majorelle Gardens and YSL Museum on the same morning. Better option: We suggest doing the city guided tour in the morning of Day 8, then visiting the Majorelle Gardens and YSL Museum in the afternoon, so you can enjoy them without stress.

Traveler•Written July 2025our plan is to fly out of Morroco on day 9 at 7:10pm via Casablanca airport..if we take the train from Marrakech, what time should we leave?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written July 2025If you decide to take the train from Marrakech to Casablanca on Day 9, here's what you need to know: The train ride takes approximately 3 hours. Since your flight is at 7:10 PM, you should arrive at Casablanca Airport by 5:10 PM at the latest (2 hours before departure). That means you should plan to take a train around 1:30 PM to arrive on time. From Casa Voyageurs train station to the airport, you'll need to take a taxi (about 45–60 minutes depending on traffic), so allow extra buffer time.

Asked on July 20th, 2025I am considering paying the extra $250 to upgrade from 3-star hotels to 4-star hotels on your 9-day Morocco tour from Casablanca to Marrakesh starting October 11th. Does this upgrade include staying in a hotel rather than in a bivouac camp in Merzouga?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written July 2025Yes — if you prefer staying in a hotel instead of the bivouac camp in Merzouga, we can absolutely arrange that for you as part of the upgrade.

Traveler•Written July 2025I understand riding a camel and sleeping in the bivouac camp is fun and interesting, so I would probably do that. Which do you recommend, the 3-star hotels or the 4-star?
- S
Sherry
Traveler•Written July 2025Are the 4-star hotels much nicer?
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written July 2025If you're traveling solo and looking for comfort and a higher level of service, I would definitely recommend the 4-star hotel option. It offers the best value for money, with better amenities, more spacious rooms, and a generally more refined overall experience.

Traveler•Written August 2025I've heard the riads in Chefchaoen and especially Marrakesh are somewhat inconveniently located and too far away from the main attractions of those towns. So I hope you will put me in good riad locations.
Morocco Magic TripOperator•Written August 2025Marrakech accommodation: You will be staying in a well-located hotel, close to the main attractions (not inconveniently located riads).
