Itinerary
- Day 1
Bucharest
You'll arrive in Bucharest and look for the Travel Talk sign at the airport for your transfer to the hotel. Your guide and fellow travelers meet up around 7pm for an informal welcome meeting, and you can optionally join the group for dinner and a walk through the city streets if you'd like.

Bucharest
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll explore Bucharest with your guide, checking out Revolution Square, Arc of Triumph, Romania Athenaum, Opera House, National Military Club, Dimitrie Gusti National Village, and Palace of Parliament. Later in the day you'll have free time to wander around the city on your own before heading back to the hotel.

Bucharest to Brasov
You'll drive through misty forests toward Transylvania, stopping at Peles Castle in Sinaia for exterior views. From there, continue to Bran Castle (the legendary Castle of Count Dracula) before heading to the medieval town of Brasov. You'll see Piata Sfatului (Council Square), the Black Church, and Muresenilor House Museum before checking in at your hotel.

Brasov to Cluj-Napoca
Head out to Sighisoara with a stop at the Clock Tower, where you'll view the Citadel, Dominican Monastery, Church on the Hill, and Dracula's House. After that, continue to Cluj-Napoca for a sightseeing tour of the colorful town, visiting Union Square, St. Mihail Church, and Matthias Corvinus Monument before checking into your 4-star hotel.

This morning after breakfast, you'll visit the salt mines of Turda, an active geologic site that dates back to the 11th century. Then continue to Hunedeoara Castle (Corvin Castle) to learn about Transylvanian history, before heading to the fairytale-like town of Sibiu. You can relax at your comfortable 4-star hotel or start exploring Sibiu on your own this evening.

Sibiu to Bucharest

In the afternoon, you'll return to Bucharest for your overnight stay.
