Yes - this tour is happening. We cannot reduce the tour cost. The gorilla permit is USD725 and is pre-paid. You may put a deposit for the tour and pay the outstanding balance two weeks prior to departure.

We do not assist in booking flights. The tour starts at 08h00am from Imperial Heights Hotel in Entebbe. We can book pre/post nights and transfers if you stay at the hotel. Airport transfers are free if you stay at Imperial Lake Hotel.

We need a minimum of 4 pax to confirm the tour, once the minimum numbers have been obtained, we will then apply for the permits on your behalf. On confirmation of the permit we will then send you the payment link to pay the permit company directly. In the very rare case that we are unable to get the permits we close off the tour, but like i said this very rarely happens.
