We do not work on age limits, so anyone is welcome! What we advise is that whomever joins our tours is prepared for some physical activity. For this particular one, depending on the time of year it can get rather hot. We also have multiple hikes, and sometimes people struggle with the swag camping (getting up and down). So long as you are prepared for this, then everything else falls into place.
