Asked on August 27th, 2025Do you need hiking boots for some of the longer walks (7 km) or are a good pair of sneakers ok? Do you need to bring a solar charger to keep your phone charged so you can take photos? or are you able to charge your mob in the van when we're driving?

We have a charging cable that is shared on the bus and certain campsites have some power, but some form of a battery pack is advised.

I just wish to check you feel okay with the active nature of the tour, and do not believe your medical history will cause any issues for you. If so, we will simply note down for the guide, so they are aware. If there is anything else you need to avoid whilst travelling, you just need to let us know.

On the last day the tour will have a brief stop in Busselton to stretch legs before the final journey into Perth. With that being the case there should be no issue if you wanted to leave the tour at this point.

The luggage allowance for this tour is a 15 kg backpack (or a medium-sized hard suitcase) as the check-in luggage, along with a small day pack. The check-in luggage will remain in the trailer during the day, and passengers will have access to it at night when we settle at the campsite.
