The operator Ahil, whom I met personally in Agra, responded immediately, very swift response time! He is a great organizer, communicates very well and attends all your needs and questions before and during the trip. The driver Danish just became my friend instantly. Since the pickup day at the airport in Delhi to my leave date. He is speaking very good english, time is sacred for him and explains a lot about the indian culture during our hours spent together driving. Both of them, Ahil and Danish are wonderful hosts and treat you to feel very welcomed. Let's not forget about the fun and jokes we had during the tour! The tour guides were different for each city and they were good as well, Sharma, Shanu, Shahid, Sanjay were great. In Mumbai i was picked by a different driver , Varun, another great and friendly guy! The guide Oves in Mumbai became my friend as well as he was very eager in explaining everything about Mumbai and indian culture! The hotels provided by the organizer were of good quality, service level was above my expectations to be honest, pleasantly surprised! The guides have a wealth of knowledge giving you an understanding of the history and pointing out things that could so easily be missed. In the more crowded areas the guides really were considerate, which made us feel safe. We were kept updated on pick up times etc throughout trip, which made the holiday run so smoothly. Hotels were overall good but sometimes lacked on certain basic services like good shower with warm water or usable Wifi - staff was friendly but sometimes couldn’t speak or understand English.
