Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive in Delhi and get settled at your hotel, then dive into exploring Old Delhi. Start with a rickshaw ride through the busy streets of Chandi Chowk, stopping at Kinari Bazar where wedding items fill the shops, then visit the 400-year-old Jama Masjid. The Khari Baoli spice market comes next, where you can take in all the aromas and colors. After that, check out the Red Fort and Mahatma Gandhi's cremation site. Later you'll head to New Delhi to see India Gate, Parliament House, and the impressive Gurudwara Bangla Sahib temple before wrapping up with a walk through New Delhi's central area.

Delhi
After breakfast, you'll continue your Delhi exploration. Head to the UNESCO World Heritage sites, starting with Qutub Minar, the world's tallest brick minaret, then move to Humayun's Tomb, which inspired the design of the Taj Mahal. Next you'll see the Lotus Temple, which welcomes visitors from all faiths. End the day by walking through Lodhi Garden, a historic park where you can see ancient structures like Bara Gumbad and tombs left by past rulers.

Delhi to Jaipur
You'll travel to Jaipur, the Pink City, and get checked into your hotel. In the afternoon, start exploring the local area including Galta Gi, a temple set in the hills where monkeys roam freely around the grounds. It's a unique spot and pretty active with the local wildlife.

Jaipur
After breakfast, you'll join a guided sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Start at Amber Fort palace up in the hills, then explore the City Palace complex with its beautiful details. Check out Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory with historic significance. From there, visit Royal Gaitor tombs and stop at Jal Mahal palace by the lake for photos. Then see Hawa Mahal with its 1000 small windows before browsing through Bapu Bazar market before heading back to your hotel.

Jaipur to Agra
You'll travel to Agra, home of the Taj Mahal. On the way, stop in Fatehpur Sikri to explore the former royal and sacred sections of this old city, and visit Abhaneri to see one of India's largest step wells. Once in Agra, meet your guide and explore the UNESCO-listed Agra Fort, one of the country's most important fortifications.

Agra to Orchha
Start before dawn to visit the Taj Mahal with your guide and see this symbol of eternal love in the morning light. After breakfast, travel to Orchha, a small Hindu town founded in the 15th century in the Bundelkhand region. Spend time exploring temples, palaces, and forts including Jehangir Mahal with its classic Mughal design, Raj Mahal, and Laxmi Narayan Temple with its beautiful mural paintings.

Khajuraho
After breakfast, you'll start your sightseeing tour of Khajuraho's eastern and western temple groups. Khajuraho has a cluster of Hindu and Jain temples, and you'll visit Laxmi and Varha temples, the Kandariya Mahadev temple, and Devi Jagdambi temple. Each one shows off remarkable architecture and artistic details.

Khajuraho to Varanasi
You'll have an early breakfast, then travel to Varanasi, the most spiritually significant city in Hinduism. Get checked in at your hotel and take some time to refresh. In the evening, go on a boat cruise on the sacred Ganga River to watch Aarti, a spectacular daily fire ceremony performed on the ghats.

Varanasi
Start with an early morning boat ride on the Ganga River to experience Varanasi's spiritual heart and see the religious ghats, especially Dashashwamedh Ghat near Vishwanath Temple. After breakfast, head 6 km to Sarnath, the sacred Buddhist site where Buddha gave his first sermon. You'll explore Dhamek Stupa, the Sarnath Museum, and Chaukhandi Stupa at the river confluence. Back in Varanasi, visit the Alamgir Mosque, Dashashwamedh Ghat again, and Bharat Mata Temple.

Varanasi to Delhi
After breakfast, you'll transfer to Varanasi airport for your flight back to Delhi. You'll fly on Indigo, Spicejet, or Vistara for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Drop-off in Delhi typically happens between 3 pm and 5 pm, depending on your flight arrival time.
