- Day 1
Phuket
You'll head out on the water for a local Thai boat adventure around Wae island. After meeting your English-speaking guide, you'll get on paddle boards and explore the area at your own pace, whether you're experienced or just starting out. The guide will stick with you to help with techniques and point out good spots. During the morning, you'll snorkel in the clear waters and take photos of the tropical scenery. Bring sunscreen and your camera for this half-day experience.

- Day 2
Phuket
This full-day SUP tour starts with your instructor teaching paddleboarding basics before you head out. You'll paddle through Bangtao fishing bay and make your way toward Laem Son Pineapple reef, where you can see the reef formations from your board. Later, you'll spend time snorkeling in the Andaman Sea with breaks for water and refreshments. Plan for about six to seven hours on and around the water, so wear quick-dry clothes and bring sunglasses with a strap.

- Day 3
Phuket
End your trip with an evening on the water as the sun goes down. Your guide teaches you paddling fundamentals, then you'll float out across the ocean and watch the sunset from your board. This is a relaxed pace compared to other SUP tours, so you can focus on the light changing over the water and get photos for social media. The guide stays nearby the entire time to help you stay steady and comfortable on the board.
