Oqsoy Mountain Hiking
You'll start in the mountain settlement of Oqsoy with a hike through easy, well-marked paths along the valley. The route takes you past rock formations shaped by erosion, and you'll reach Oktog pass at 1850m before crossing mountain meadows where shepherds graze their animals. You'll see the Sharshari-Pari waterfall, then take a picnic break before continuing up sheep and goat trails to the summit for panoramic views. After that, the descent leads back into the valley toward Tepakul.

Mountain Valley and Langar Pass Hiking
Starting near the mountain settlement, you'll walk slowly through a scenic mountain valley, then climb to Langar Pass at 1900m. From the ridge, wide views open up across the Samarkand plain with its farmland and orchards, and you'll see natural rock formations carved by erosion. Local shepherds with their herds appear on the lawns as you continue slowly down into the valley, where you'll walk through a small local garden. Later, you'll transfer to Tersak village for the night at a local inn.

Tersak Valley Hike and Samarkand
After breakfast, you'll climb slowly through the valley to a ridge path with remarkable rock formations sculpted by nature. This section, called Kichik Kurgan Tov (Small Mountain Fortress), offers great views over the Tersak valley. You'll continue along the ridge to the highest point at Katta Kurgane Tov (Big Mountain Fortress) at 1780m for spectacular panoramic views. From there, you'll descend through another valley back to the village for lunch, then transfer to Samarkand to finish your mountain adventure.
