Asked on October 19th, 2024I'd like to book a tour and travel with my adult daughter. We'd require separate beds in each accommodation, but in the collation notes it says separate beds are not guaranteed. How likely is it that we'd not have separate beds?

We aren't able to guarantee separate beds because it depends on what hotel accommodations are available. We do note bed requests in a list sent to the Tour Director who then sends the information on to the hotels to advise. However, if you check in but are not given separate beds, you can always request it directly with the hotel and pay any costs for the request at the time of service, directly to the hotel. Most of the time, bed requests are honored, but can't be guaranteed.
