Itinerary
- Day 1
Nayapul to Purna Gaun
After driving an hour from Kathmandu, your trek kicks off at Nayapul. You'll cross a suspension bridge spanning the Modi Khola river, then head west through Deupur village on rolling trails. The path takes you to Purna Gaun where you'll spend your first night at a trekking lodge.

Purna Gaun to Lespar
Starting from Purna Gaun, the trail winds through several villages surrounded by terraced fields for roughly an hour before the landscape shifts to forest. From there you continue on to Lespar for your second night's stay.

- Day 3
Lespar to Nangi
This is a tough day with steep forest climbing leading to Nangi Village, now home to a learning center with wireless internet. You can check out the secondary school and a paper manufacturing cottage industry while there. The Dhaulagiri Massif rises up from this mountain village, which is where you'll lodge tonight.

Nangi to Mohare Danda
From Nangi, you'll climb uphill through thick forest to reach Mohare Danda. Once there, the panoramic views of the Annapurna ranges spread out in front of you. You stay at this viewpoint overnight.

- Day 5
Mohare Danda to Danda Kharka
Early morning means catching the sunrise in crisp mountain air with views rolling across the terrain around you. Today's trek is easier going as you head down to Danda Kharka, a quiet spot sitting in the middle of forest. You'll stay at a community lodge here.

- Day 6
Danda Kharka to Ghandruk
The route crosses the Khumnu Khola river on the way to Ghandruk, a mountain village with views of Annapurna South (7219m), Gangapurna (7455m), Annapurna III (7555m), Machapuchare (6993m) and Hiunchuli (6441m). Thick forests and terraced fields surround the village.

Ghandruk to Pokhara
Your last trekking day goes downhill from Ghandruk through teahouses and rocky terrain lined with terraced farms. After passing Birethanti, you reach Nayapul where the Modi Khola river ends its 50km run. From there it's your transfer back to Pokhara.
