- Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Chame (2,760m) Duration 8-9 hours.
- Day 3 Trek from Chame to Pisang (3300m) Duration 5-6 hours.
- Day 4 Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,500m) Duration 5-6 hours.
- Day 5 Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4,200m) Duration 4-5 hours.
- Day 6 Trek from Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi (4600m) Duration 4-5 hours.
- Day 7 Trek to Muktinath (3,800m) via Thorang-la Pass (5,416 m) and drive to Jomsom Duration 8-9 hours
