Itinerary
- Day 1
Flight to Kathmandu
Your flight to Kathmandu departs today. Depending on where you're traveling from, this could be a long journey, so settle in for the flight and try to rest up before you arrive in Nepal.



- Day 2
Kathmandu
After landing in Kathmandu, you'll transfer to your hotel in the city center and have time to settle in. Later that evening, meet up with the group for a traditional welcome dinner where you'll get to know everyone before the trek begins.

- Day 3
Kathmandu
Today you'll see Kathmandu's major religious sites including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and Boudhanath. The temples are decorated with intricate carvings and you'll likely see religious ceremonies happening. Wear comfortable shoes since there's quite a bit of walking between sites.

- Day 4
Kathmandu to Pokhara
An early start takes you on a scenic drive toward Pokhara through the mountain landscape. You'll stop in Bandipur, a charming town with views of Manaslu that's worth wandering through. By evening you'll have free time to explore Lake Phewa on your own.

- Day 5
Pokhara to Pothana
Start your morning at the mountaineering museum learning about Nepal's climbing history. After that, you'll drive to Kande where your hiking tour actually begins. From there, hike up to Pothana, a small settlement with great panoramic views of the surrounding mountains (roughly 5 hours hiking).

Pothana to Landruk
Today's hike crosses Pitam Deurali pass and you'll get your first real view of Annapurna massif looming in the distance. After taking in those views, you'll descend down to Landruk. The path is varied terrain with both uphill and downhill sections (approximately 5 hours).

Landruk to Ghandruk
From Landruk, you'll descend to Modi River and then hike back up to Ghandruk, a traditional Gurung village considered one of Nepal's most beautiful settlements. From here you get great views of Annapurna and Machhapuchare peaks. Allow about 4 to 5 hours for this day.

- Day 8
Ghandruk to Tadapani
This day involves crossing small mountain streams and hiking through a thick rhododendron forest to reach Tadapani. The forest can feel quite isolated and peaceful. You'll have views of Annapurna's south face, Machhapuchare, Gangapurna, and Hiunchuli throughout the day (around 5 hours of hiking).

Tadapani to Ghorepani
You'll trek through dense forest and cross over mountain rivers, passing by waterfalls and more rhododendron trees on the way to Ghorepani. It's one of the more forested sections of the trek with varied terrain and plenty of natural features (approximately 5 to 6 hours).

- Day 10
Ghorepani to Ulleri
Set your alarm very early because you're heading to Poon Hill summit to catch the sunrise, which offers panoramic views across the Himalayan range. After breakfast back in town, you'll hike mostly downhill to Ulleri, which makes for a shorter and easier day compared to previous hiking (about 4 hours of descent).

- Day 11
Ulleri to Pokhara
This final hiking section takes you through natural stone steps and crosses suspension bridges from Tikhedhungga to Hille, then you'll return to Pokhara. Once back at the lake, you can relax or try optional activities like visiting the Shiva statue, taking a rowing boat trip, riding the cable car, or shopping along the lakeside promenade.

Pokhara to Bhaktapur to Kathmandu
You'll take a scenic flight along the Himalayan ridge back to Kathmandu, giving you final aerial views of the mountains. After landing, drive to Bhaktapur, a UNESCO royal city with ancient streets lined with historic temples and palaces. You'll explore pottery workshops and traditional music venues before returning to Kathmandu for a farewell dinner with the group.

- Day 13
Kathmandu to Frankfurt
Depending on your flight schedule, you'll have free time to do any last-minute shopping or sightseeing around Kathmandu. Later you'll transfer to the airport for your return flight to Germany, bringing your Nepal adventure to a close.

Arrival in Germany
You arrive back home after your journey through Nepal, hopefully with great memories and plenty of photos from the trek and your time exploring the country.
