The drivers were very nice and accommodating.They gave me helpful tips and were patient with me practing Spanish. The hotel Regente was clean and the staff very nice. Everyone in general was always helpful with everything. My orgiinal.city Tour was cancelled but instead i was put on Xochimilko boat ride which was awesome and I am happy it all turned out that way. We have validated availability with our local offices and have a positive response, however due to high occupancy and a modification on the last day of the program (drop of at Villahermosa Airport instead of Palenque) you must consider a supplement of 170 USD per passenger

Asked on February 17th, 2023Is the airport in Palenque operating? I don't see any flights to or from the airport. If I have to travel to Villahermosa airport is that transfer part of the package?

Palenque airport is operating, however the commercial flights offered from there are seasonal. Therefore, we suggest taking a bus (the transfer to the bus terminal is already included) or a flight from the Villahermosa airport. The transfer to Villahemrosa airport is not part of the package, consider a supplement of 95 USD to include it.
