We were met at the airport by our lovely guide Supun with a welcome shell necklace each. Just one of the many nice touches on this tour. The itinerary was excellent and we saw so much of Sri Lanka and learned a lot. After the first day there wasn't too much driving. There was a real mixture of temples, safaris and hiking and we love walking. All the hotels were great and we were always treated really well. Asy informed us before hand of meals and activities that were included so we had no surprises. It was Supun who made this trip very special. Nothing was too much for him and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. He was a careful, calm driver and we enjoyed his company. Such a lovely young man! We left Sri Lanka with fond memories and with sadness in our hearts. We will have many stories to tell about this beautiful country and it's beautiful people. Asked on June 10th, 2025I wondering how we can accomplish so much for such a short stay in Kandy? I would like to spend a time in Dammbulla cave and not to be in the hurry. I think it is a lot to see there and I would like to see a Pooja Ceremony in the Temple of the Tooth. Would I be able to see a ceremony? It is so much to see and we have only a one day. And another places we have two days and not much to see at all. Is it possible to change an itinerary?
