Asked on April 23rd, 2025On Day 7, we are supposed to book our flights from Acapulco to Merida. You asked us to reach Merida before 1:00pm. But there are no flights leaving Acapulco in the morning & reaching Merida before 1:00pm. I prefer the starting date (Day 1) as 10 June 2025. So, that means Day 7 is 16 June 2025. Please assist on available flight details; only then I can book this tour with you.

However, we could prepare a quote for private and shared services, although this would imply an increase in the total cost. Regarding the flight, one option would be to take a flight arriving in Merida around 6 p.m., and then we could organise a private city tour for you.

Asked on April 18th, 2025I'm interested in booking the Grand Tour Of Mexico - 9 Days. You explain that the flight in the middle of the tour is not included in the price. So I have looked up a flight myself but don't seem to find a flight where I'll arrive before 13:00 o'clock on the new location. I can only find flights with later arrival. Do you happen to have a solution to my problem, or an idea for what I should do?

My suggestions, is to take one from Mexico City to Merida, for the 7th of April, there are 3 or 4 flight options on Aeromexico that arrive maximum at 13:30 hrs. You could take a flight Acapulco - Mexico City, or travel by land transport, it is approximately 4 or 5 hours, so you would have to leave early from Acalpulco.

Asked on February 6th, 2025Can the agent help to book the internal flight from Acapulco to Merida? What time does the trip ends in Cancun? We have to plan our flight out from Cancun to Vancouver on the 19th July. If the trip ends in the evening, we will need to book an additional night in Cancun for the flight on 20th July.

Yes it is possible to include the internal flight service, but we do not have preferential fares on the tickets. The tour ends on the 18th, and you would be dropped off at your hotel in the evening, approximately at 7 pm, if we can book an extra night in Cancun to leave on the 19th of July.

About the flight Acapulco - Merida, there is no direct flight. One option with Volaris requires a stopover in Guadalajara of approximately 4 hours, costing around 285 USD per person. Another option is two flights: Acapulco to Mexico City for 180 USD, then Mexico City to Merida for 320 USD. We can also offer hotels near the airport like Fairfield Inn & Suites, Avani Cancun Airport and Residence Inn.

Asked on January 22nd, 2025I am looking at your Gran Tour of Mexico 9 day trip in November and I want to know how much is the internal flight between Acapulco and Cancun please? Also at the end of the tour we will need to pay for a night in the Cancun hotel and I assume make our way to the airport the next day, or can you arrange a transfer?

We do not offer flights, however we can guide you with the information and the best option: On day 7 of the program, a domestic flight is required from Acapulco to Mérida (not included in the price). We recommend the following option with Aeromexico: AEROMEXICO (AM) 303 Acapulco - Mexico City 10:00 / 11:10, AEROMEXICO (AM) 822 Mexico City - Mérida 12:20 / 14:20. Estimated Rate: 225 USD (taxes included). For the post-tour night in Cancun, we suggest the following options with breakfast included: EMPORIO CANCUN / Deluxe Room: 270 USD per room, KRYSTAL CANCUN / Deluxe Room: 255 USD per room. Finally, regarding the departure transfer in Cancun: 65 USD per unit.
