The tour was very well organized, with scenic destinations and interesting activities. The accommodations were excellent. Each hotel we stayed at was comfortable, with clean, modern facilities and excellent service. Two of the hotels had hot springs that we enjoyed a lot. Every day of the tour was interesting. Taiwan offers such a rich blend of culture, stunning natural landscapes, and vibrant cities that there was never a dull moment. Danny, our tour guide deserves special recognition for bringing Taiwan's history and culture to life. His knowledge was impressive, and he had a gift for sharing fascinating details and stories that gave us real insight into Taiwanese life, both past and present. Asked on July 26th, 2025I am planning to take a tour of Taiwan in March 26 with my mum. At the end of the tour we plan to visit a friend in Hualien. Having looked at your tour it would seem sensible to go back to Hualien by train instead of returning to Taipei after Yilan. Is this something we could do? If so, would we be able to get a reduction in price as we wouldn't need the Taipei hotel for the last night.

Other travel companies can manage it very successfully and so you could with more effort. My friends who have used you have told me they had good experiences with you so this policy is a really negative point. Please can you urgently review this awful policy?

Asked on June 22nd, 2025I like the Taiwan Express but without the 3 days in Taipei - that means that I only stay with the tour for 5 days starting from Day 4. Is that possible and I prefer to be only the 3 of us or in a small group of 6-8.

This is our regular 8-day tour itinerary, and unfortunately, we are unable to remove the Taipei 3 days. Additionally, this is a medium group tour, so we cannot guarantee a group size of only 6 to 8 people.
