The tour bus was comfortable, each days itinerary covered different sights and aspects of the island , all very interesting. The hotels used throughout were 5 star and good standard and breakfasts excellent. Anyone who is interested to see the whole island, I would recommend this tour. Despite the 11 days spent, there is still much to experience in Taiwan. I actually think that, given the recent earthquake there and fairly predictable risk of landslides, the tour should have involved more half-day/day trips from Taipei. - KGKaren· March 28th, 2024Apart from a little confusion at the beginning, as there were 3 buses all from the same company, meeting at the one hotel to do the same tour, all went remarkably well! The 5 day tour was excellent with amazing hotels and choice of food on offer. The scenery was amazing, our tour guide, Ciao was fantastic, humble, knowledgeable and caring. He did a great job as did the guides on the other buses. We got back to Taipei and stayed at the one hotel and day trips were organised for us from there, which meant no packing for a few days. These day trips were interesting with more great scenery and the opportunity to sample street food, which was great! And cheap! Our Around Formosa Taiwan is weekly on Sundays departure. We won't travel to Taroko Gorge as it is still closed until further notice due to the earthquake in April this year. We will travel to Yilan instead, please let me know if you wish to proceed the booking.
