I have 2 suggestions: 1) Include Day 5 on the print-out itinerary. 2) Provide a better explanation of the travel involved on day 6 from Tortuguero to Puerto Viejo (e.g. explain that after a 2 hour boat ride and 2 hour transport, you will take another 5 hour transport to Puerto Viejo).Show more

Destination Services Costa RicaOperator•Written August 2025Yes, it is possible to arrange transportation to the airport for your flight on Sunday, November 2nd at 11:30 p.m. Please note that airlines recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours prior to departure, so we suggest planning to be there by 8:30 p.m. at the latest. Also, keep in mind that hotel check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your departure day. If you wish to stay in your room beyond that time, an additional night would need to be booked. Alternatively, you may check with the hotel to see if they offer luggage storage or common areas where you can wait comfortably until your transfer.

Yes, for sure we can add extra activities in advance, or you can request help to the front desk staff of each hotel to book tours. Credit and debit cards are well accepted as it is not necessary to exchange money, dollars in cash $1 - $5 - $10 - $20 will be better than big bills. This itinerary already includes: Guided hike in Arenal Volcano National Park, Guided visit to Tortuguero village plus entrance fee and guided boat tour through Tortuguero National Park, snorkeling and hiking in Cahuita National Park
