If I could give Jenny from LVP travel negative stars I would. Please run away from her! She will cause you grief! Jenny did not care about me or her nice guides she set up. She last minute canceled the one on one guide to meet me at the airport,& left me with confusing instructions.A nice Thai woman after seeing me wondering lost for about 45 minutes helped call the driver for arrangements (who spoke very little English and was the only number provided on arrival). Transportation from the airport took maybe 2 hrs. Again I was abandoned at the bus station at 3 am in Chaing Mai. I was supposed to be on a train arriving in Chiang Mai around 7am. Jenny didn’t book the transportation until last minute, yet lied to me and said it was confirmed to me, but later told my guide that she was not able to book the ticket due to not having my passport information (which was sent to her months prior with the initial reservation). The train was full. She told the tour agent in Chaing Mai I would arrive 5:15, by bus instead of train. She bought me a ticket on a bus arriving 3am, with no pickup for 2 hours. I tried calling her and the guide in Chain Mai on arrival , but I am sure she was comfortably sleeping, while abandoning me. Jenny also made my guide from Bangkok to Ayutthaya cry, not wanting to pay for arrangements in Ayutthaya with this guide not having extra money to cover the excursions described in the itinerary (for the Kermit the frog tuk tuk which cost approximately 1200 baht). It took me complaining to her and threatening to contact TourRadar to try to have her removed to get her to pay for the days promised arrangements. Jenny did the same thing in Mae Kampong. Luckily this guide brought extra money and was able to make last minute arrangements for me that Jenny had not made (and said she would get the reimbursement from LVP travel later). One additional horrendous mess occurred the day for the excursion to elephant sanctuary, which was placed in the name of an Asian male (not my name). So when the company came to the hotel twice for pick up, I did not know they were coming for me. 2 nice people at the hotel helped call the tour company who came back to my hotel a 3rd time to pick me up. The elephant sanctuary was an amazing experience. I would have been in tears if missing it. Luckily the people in Thailand were kind and helpful, when Jenny kept making me feel alone and helpless at times?
