Itinerary
- Day 1Arrival in BangkokYou'll arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport and get transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in from your long flight, grab some lunch and take time to rest. This is a good day to adjust to the time difference and get oriented before things pick up tomorrow. - Day 2Bangkok Temples and Chao Phraya RiverFollowing breakfast, head out to see Bangkok's most iconic temples starting with the Grand Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, which houses the Emerald Buddha. From there, walk through Wat Pho to see the reclining Buddha, then continue to Wat Traimit for the Golden Buddha. In the afternoon, take a long-tail boat out on the Chao Phraya River and into the interior canals, stopping at Wat Arun along the way. You'll head back to the hotel afterward for some downtime. - Meals

- Day 3Maeklong Railway Market - Damnoen Saduak Floating Market - KanchanaburiStart early and head to Maeklong Railway Market to wander around and try local snacks. Next, travel to Damnoen Saduak floating market and take a motorboat through the waterway. After that, drive to Kanchanaburi to visit World War II memorial sites like the Jeath War Museum and Cemetery. Lunch comes at a floating restaurant near the Kwai River Bridge, then you'll take about a 30-minute scenic train ride along the river to Ban Kao station before visiting the bridge itself. You'll stay overnight here. - Meals

- Day 4Erawan Waterfall - AyutthayaAfter breakfast, head to Erawan National Park to see Erawan Waterfall, which has seven tiers you can walk up. You can swim in the natural pools if you'd like along the way. In the afternoon, travel to Ayutthaya, known as the Venice of the East since its founding in 1350. The city sits surrounded by the Chao Phraya River and its tributaries, and you'll have time to check out the historic monuments and remains scattered throughout this former Thai capital. - Meals

- Day 5Ayutthaya - Night Train to Chiang MaiAfter breakfast, ride in a Kermit tuk-tuk (you'll find these only in Ayutthaya and Trang) to explore temples like Wat Yai Chaimongkol and Wat Mahathat, where a famous Buddha face emerges from a tree root. Stop at a local market and visit Wat Phra Srisanphet, then head to Bang Pa-In Summer Palace with its mix of European, Khmer, Thai, and Chinese architecture. Later, you'll transfer to the station for an overnight train to Chiang Mai. - Meals

- Day 7Mae Wang Full-Day Trek and Elephant CampYou'll spend the full day trekking in Mae Wang area in northern Thailand. The guide picks you up between 8 and 8:30, and you'll visit a Karen Hill Tribe village, hike about an hour through forest, and see a waterfall where you can swim. At Mae Wang Elephant Camp, you'll feed and bathe elephants in a respectful way without riding. Then take a bamboo raft ride on the Mae Wang River. This trek is easier paced, so it works well for people who want a gentler experience. You'll return around 5 pm. Included Activities- Visit Karen Hill Tribe village

You'll continue to Mae Kam Pong village where local guides meet you. This hill tribe community grows bai miang tea plant, coffee, and aromatic mushrooms. Take time to see local handicrafts like decorated tea-leaf pillows, rattan baskets, and bamboo furniture. Walk around the village at your own pace, have lunch in a homestay or picnic setting, and consider getting a traditional massage if interested. You'll head back to Chiang Mai in the late afternoon. - Meals
