- CSCarol· August 8th, 2024I enjoyed this well-organized tour with key highlights along Newfoundland's Eastern coast and Gros Morne National Park in the West. In early June, we experienced persistent sea fog along the coast. When the sun peaked through one afternoon it was glorious! Highlights for me were seeing puffins in Elliston and experiencing the ecosystem and views of the Skerwink Trail, a challenging hike near Trinity. Sadly, we did not see any icebergs. They were well north of Twillingate. I recommend planning to arrive a day or two before the tour begins, if you're traveling at this time of year due to the dense fog which can delay flights into St. John's.Show moreTrip date: June 2024
