Itinerary
- Day 1
Oslo
You'll arrive in Oslo and head to your hotel in the city centre (private transfers can be arranged for extra cost if you prefer). The rest of the day is yours to spend however you like. Walk along Karl Johan's street where you'll find shops, bars, and cafes, and get a sense of the city with forests and the Oslo fjord nearby.

- Day 2
Oslo
After breakfast, you can either explore Oslo on your own or join a 5-hour guided bus tour if you want structure. The tour hits the Holmenkollen Ski Jump, Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Fram Museum, and the Viking Ship Museum. If you're going solo, pick up a 24-hour Oslo pass for free transit and entry to major sites.

Oslo to Balestrand
Early start heading to Oslo train station around 07:00 to 07:15. From there, you'll board a train heading to Myrdal, then transfer to the Flåmsbana railway, which is one of the world's steepest train lines and really something to experience. The route takes you through fantastic landscape with waterfalls and about 20 tunnels carved right through the mountains. Once you arrive in Flåm, you'll have time to walk around this small village before boarding a cruise that takes you across the Sognefjord and Aurlandsfjord to Balestrand.

- Day 4
Balestrand
This day is flexible, giving you time to relax and check out the region on your own terms. If you want something more structured, there's an optional half-day excursion to Fjærland available from June through mid-September. That option includes a boat trip through the fjord, a visit to the Norwegian Glacier Museum, and views of two glaciers, Bøyabreen and Supphellebreen.

Balestrand to Bergen
You'll have the morning and early afternoon free after breakfast. Later in the afternoon, you'll board a fast boat to Bergen, which sits as the gateway to Norway's fjords and holds UNESCO World Heritage status. If time works out, you might visit the Magic Ice Bar for something different before you leave.

- Day 6
Bergen
Spend the day checking out Bergen at your own pace. The Hanseatic Bryggen is worth seeing along with the Church of Mary, Haakon Fortress, and the fish market. Ride the Fløibanen Funicular up Mountain Fløyen to get panoramic views over the city. A 24-hour Bergen city card gives you free public transport and access to major attractions.

Bergen
Your final morning in Bergen is yours for last-minute shopping if you want to pick up Viking souvenirs or anything else. Then you'll make your own way to the airport or arrange a transfer ahead of time. The tour services end here, so this is where your trip wraps up.
