- GRGwen De· September 21st, 2024This was a spectacular tour with having an experienced bus driver Raonld ( knew every hairpin curve ) to the tour guide Alexander who looked out for everyone’s wellbeing and interests , knew which stops would capture the best pictures . The viewing of the fjords had the best activities with the sailings of Sognefjord and the Geiranger . We loved the troll car ride and the train rides up to see the glaciers and waterfalls . I wish more dinners were included because it was often late when we arrived to hotels with few options close by. Meals included for this tour will have vegan options. 7x Breakfast in the hotels - Day 2 - Day 8 (buffet). 1x Dinner - Day 4. Transfer to the airport under your own arrangement for both arrival and departure. Meeting with the tour leader is on day 1 in Oslo in the evening (usually the meeting starts between 16:00 and 18:00 depending on the overall group arrival time). You will come back to Oslo on day 7 late afternoon. The tour officially ends on day 8. The hotel for the 5th of September tour is Clarion the Hub for both day 1 and day 7.

Yes, you will have your own private restroom for the entire tour. The transportation will be as follows: Long distance coach 6 days - Day 2- Day 7, Panoramic train Geilo-Myrdal-Flåm - Day 2, Ferry Oppedal-Lavik - Day 4, Cruise on the Geirangerfjord- Day 5, Ferry Eisdal-Linge - Day 5, Ferry Vestnes-Molde - Day 5. Yes! You will be able to travel with 1 Checked Baggage as well as a carry one.

We are able to provide airport transfers - 245 euros for each transfer. For VoS and our suppliers in Scandinavia there are discounts only for children below 12 years old. 12 or above they pay full price. Unfortunately, 6th and 20th June departure are closed for sales. We can provide 2 rooms (twin or double occupancy) at 4th July.

We cannot confirm the hotels at the stage as they are subject to change. For now we can advise that we have rooms at Scandic St Olavs Plass in Oslo. We will send a travel documents approx. 30 days before with all the confirmed hotels.

Meeting on day 1 has not been set as we not have all the guest flights information. Usually the meeting time is between 16:00 and 20:00. If they guests cannot meet on the day 1 they the tour leader will make arrangements to meet on day 2.

Coach size has not been confirmed. Usually this depending on the size of the group. Maximum on the tour is 32 pax and then a 49 seater coach will be used. There are not necessarily restrictions for luggage on the tour but we recommend 2 maximum as it is the guests responsibility to carry their luggage between the bus and the hotels during the tour.

If you are a solo traveller all our tours would require a single supplement. We have Norwegian Fjords, Charm and Traditions available on 20 June. The group will maximum 30 pax with a tour leader.

Yes your luggage with stay on the bus during this time. The cruise is later on in the afternoon so you will have time to do both. The Flamsbana will be bringing you into Flam where you will have option to do the cruise.
