Skardu
Your guide meets you at Skardu airport and drives you to Shangrila Resort, where you'll get your first look at the area. Stop by Upper Kachura Lake to settle in and get oriented. If there's time before dark, head out to Xokh Nala water stream for a quick look around before checking in for the night.

- Day 2
Skardu to Khaplu
Set out for Khaplu on a full day tour. You'll see the ancient Chaqchang Mosque and then walk through the historic Khaplu Fort to get a sense of the region's past. The afternoon takes you through Khaplu Valley, and after that you'll return to Khaplu for an overnight stay.

Khaplu to Shigar Valley
Drive into Shigar Valley for a road adventure. Along the way, you'll see Manthuka Waterfall and the Cold Desert landscape. Once there, check out Shigar Fort and spend time wandering through Shigar Valley. The rest of the day is yours to do additional exploring if you want, then settle in for the night.

Shigar Valley to Deosai Plains
Take a day trip to Deosai Plains and stop at Sadpara Lake and Sheosar Lake. After that, you have the afternoon and most of the day to wander around the landscape on your own pace. Head back to your hotel by evening.
