Itinerary
- Day 1
Sarajevo
You'll arrive in Sarajevo and head straight into Old Town for a walking tour. This part of the city shows layers of Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian history all mixed together. You'll see the City Hall building, walk across the Latin Bridge, check out the Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque, and spot the Lunar Clock Tower along with other religious and historical sites scattered throughout. After the tour wraps up, you have free time to wander around, do some shopping, and explore on your own before getting settled at your hotel.

Sarajevo
After breakfast, you'll drive north to Nisicka Highland to see what life looks like in authentic Bosnian villages. From there, you'll visit the Bijambare Caves complex and take a walk through the nature trails around it. Back in Sarajevo, you'll head to the Springs of Bosna River, which is a protected nature area and the city's main park. Later in the day, the Tunnel Museum shows you what happened during the Bosnian War and the 1992-1995 siege.

Sarajevo to Mostar
Following breakfast, you'll drive to Konjic to see the 17th-century Stone Bridge that spans the Neretva River. The drive continues through beautiful countryside, passing by Jablanicko Lake and the Neretva Canyon. You'll reach Mostar Old Town by afternoon and explore the famous Curved Bridge, step inside the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, wander down Coppersmith Street, and see the Old Bridge (Stari Most). Then you'll check in at your hotel for the night.

Mostar
This day is focused on Herzegovina's historical towns and natural sites. You'll visit Pocitelj, a medieval stone town that still has its authentic Ottoman architecture intact. From there, head to Blagaj village where you can see the 15th-century Derwish House right by the Buna River Springs. Before heading back to Mostar for the evening, you'll stop at Kravica Waterfalls to see the water cascading down. It's quite a bit of driving between locations, but each stop shows different parts of the region.

Mostar to Sarajevo
You'll have a free morning to rest or explore Mostar at your own pace. Around midday, you'll drive back toward Sarajevo, which takes several hours. Once you arrive, you'll visit the Springs of Bosna River (Vreo Bosne), the city's main park area, to relax a bit. From there, you'll head to the Tunnel Museum to learn about the Bosnian War and what locals call the longest siege in modern history. After that, you'll check into your hotel.

Sarajevo
Starting after breakfast, you'll travel to Central Bosnia to explore sites connected to the old Bosnian Kingdom. Jajce is where you'll see the Pliva Lakes with their wooden watermills and the Pliva Waterfall right in town. You'll also walk through the Old Town and check out the fortress there. Next, you'll go to Travnik to visit the Colorful Mosque (Sulejmanija), explore another fortress, and see Plava Voda, which is actually the shortest river in the country. The drive back to Sarajevo happens in the afternoon.
