However, the attitude of the staff at the Hotels we stayed in and the evening meals at the hotel were abysmal. Service was extremely slow and unhelpful, with a seemingly just enough is good enough attitude. My friend and I had booked twin beds but ended up with a double, despite the tour leader calling ahead and trying to arrange. it was annoying to have to pay each day for the tickets needed, perhaps it would have been better to pre-pay. Tour members came and went, with different booking arrangements it was hard for the tour leader to keep track. On the last day there were 45 people!! The 'whispers' (audio device) was not always working so at times we just had to be close to the tour guides.Show more

The approximate cost for the airport transfers is $99 USD per way and the hotel pre and post-nights is approximately $250 to $300 USD per night. On Day 1, you can arrive anytime. The meeting with the Tour Leader is not until 7 PM and on Day 6 you can depart anytime. However, please keep in mind that the check-out from hotels starts at 11AM.
