Mohács
In Mohács, you can take a guided sightseeing tour to see historical memorial parks, churches, and the medieval St. Nicholas Watermill, or walk around on your own with your Adventure Host. Another option is a guided tour to nearby Pécs to visit 4th-century Christian underground tombs (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) with murals and an organ concert. After exploring, you'll cruise overnight to Ilok.

The day starts in Ilok, Croatia, where you can learn about its 1,000-year-old wine-making traditions and check out the medieval fortress. After a short cruise, you'll have lunch onboard before reaching Novi Sad, Serbia's second largest town. Choose between a guided tour through the Austro-Hungarian old town with baroque buildings and ancient fortifications, or a casual walk with your Adventure Host. Tonight brings an overnight cruise to Belgrade.

There's an onboard lecture about Balkan history and culture, and you'll have free time this afternoon on Knez Mihailova Street to check out cafés and shops. An optional Bohemian dinner in Skadarlija is available this evening before you cruise overnight to Golubac.

Golubac to Vidin
You'll see the Fortress of Golubac, one of Europe's best preserved medieval fortresses with a complex history as a border control point. After sailing briefly to Donji Milanovac, choose a walk with your Adventure Host or a guided tour to the Lepenski Vir archaeological site with Danube Gorge views. Then you'll sail through the narrow Iron Gates Gorge between Serbia and Romania before cruising to Vidin.

Rousse

This evening brings a live Bulgarian folklore show onboard, then you'll cruise to Oltenita overnight.
