The planners from TourRadar at WiseYatra were very communicative leading up to the trip via WhatsApp. I appreciated how knowledgeable the representative was about the places we were going. On the video call, he reviewed the itinerary in detail, even walked me through the train system as a first-timer, and spent as much times as I needed to answer my questions. They were willing to work with me to adjust the original itinerary to fit in my preferences for things I wanted to be sure to see. The itinerary they planned had plenty for us to do and had each day packed! They booked the hotels, skip the line tickets, and some of the main transportation for us (not including taxis, Ubers, or Paris Metro). The chosen hotels were fair but not great and not in ideal location to sightseeing, however convenient to a train station. Overall a great trip and would recommend.Show more
