- Day 1
Frankfurt to Buenos Aires
You'll fly from Frankfurt to Buenos Aires, landing in Argentina's energetic capital. If you've added an extension, you're already checked in and will connect with your group tomorrow morning.



- Day 2
Buenos Aires
Your guide meets you when you arrive in Buenos Aires and takes you to your hotel for check-in. From there, you'll walk through the city center and along Avenida de Mayo boulevard to get a feel for the main streets. Later, head to La Boca to see the colorful tin houses that line the neighborhood, then move into San Telmo for the tango district's atmosphere. Before the day ends, visit La Recoleta cemetery where you can see Evita's grave among the elaborate tombs.

- Day 3
San Isidro - Tigre Delta
Starting from the city, you'll head north through parks near the Presidential residence and continue to Tigre, where locals escape on weekends. San Isidro is your first stop, where you can walk through historic streets with cobblestones and see a neo-Gothic cathedral. After that, a one-hour boat tour takes you through the Tigre Delta to spot houses built on stilts and lush vegetation. The route back to your hotel follows the famous Panamericana.

- Day 4
Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
You'll fly south to Ushuaia, the world's southernmost city. The End of the World Museum fills your morning with stories about the area's history and local wildlife. At Hostería Mi Vida, a penguin researcher talks about conservation efforts in the Beagle Channel. Later, you'll learn traditional asado cooking techniques for dinner.

- Day 5
Tierra del Fuego National Park - Cape Horn
After breakfast, you'll spend the morning in Tierra del Fuego National Park exploring mountain ranges, moorlands, rivers, and coastal areas while looking for albatrosses, condors, guanacos, and foxes. The afternoon gives you free time to walk around Ushuaia. You'll head to the port later to board your expedition cruise heading toward Cape Horn.

Wulaia Bay
Your expedition begins at Cape Horn, a 425-meter cliff where the Pacific and Atlantic meet. The ship navigates through Murray Channel and Nassau Bay to reach Cabo de Hornos National Park. Weather permitting, small boats take you ashore to see a memorial, chapel, and lighthouse. You'll then sail to Wulaia Bay with its dramatic terrain and rich forest ecosystem.

Beagle Channel - Pía Bay - Porter Glacier - Garibaldi Glacier
The ship navigates into the main arm of the Beagle Channel heading toward Pía Bay. You'll go ashore to see Pía Glacier, which has that distinctive blue shade and regularly breaks off chunks of ice. A hike up to the viewpoint gives good photo spots and views of the landscape. In the afternoon, you'll board Zodiac boats and travel between the high rock faces to reach Porter Glacier, then continue through a narrow fjord to see Garibaldi Glacier from the water.

Agostini Sound - Cóndor Glacier
Moving through Cockburn Channel into Agostini Sound, you'll see glaciers flowing from the Darwin Cordillera, the only east-west Andean range covered in thick ice. Inflatable boats take you for walks around the ice fields and blue glacier tongues. In the afternoon, Cóndor Glacier gives you insight into how ice shapes this region's landscape.

Isla Magdalena - Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales
Early morning brings a stop at Isla Magdalena to watch a colony of Magellanic penguins and various seabirds (or Marta Island to see sea lions if the season means penguins aren't around). After disembarking in Punta Arenas, you'll head to a real estancia in Chilean Patagonia where you can learn about farming history, daily life, and watch sheep shearing. Lunch is a typical asado patagonico. Then it's on to Puerto Natales, a small town with cafés, restaurants and outdoor supply shops where you can walk around.

- Day 10
Torres del Paine National Park
Over roughly two hours, you'll drive through increasingly green terrain toward Torres del Paine National Park, spotting guanacos and possibly rheas. The day's highlight is Blue Lagoon, where the Torres peaks create dramatic views. Watch for foxes and various birds throughout your time here.

- Day 11
Torres del Paine National Park
You'll spend the full day in Torres del Paine National Park starting with Salto Grande waterfalls, the park's largest. From there, visit Lake Nordenskjöld and take a one to two hour hike on the headland between Lake Pehoé and Lake Nordenskjöld with views looking toward the Torres massif. Throughout the day you'll see emerald green lakes and deep blue lagoons, with shorter hikes available to reach some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the park.

You'll travel through Torres del Paine National Park and cross into the Argentine pampas heading to El Calafate, which serves as the gateway to Los Glaciares National Park. After checking into your hotel, spend time exploring the small town on foot. During the afternoon or evening, you can walk out to Laguna Nimez, take an optional tour along the coast of Lago Argentino, or find one of the many restaurants for dinner.

Perito Moreno Glacier
You'll see Perito Moreno Glacier, a towering ice wall with shades of blue and turquoise. On good days, massive ice chunks break off and crash into the lake below. A boat gets you close to the ice, and then you'll walk trails where the glacier stays visible through the trees.

- Day 14
El Calafate to Buenos Aires
Flying from El Calafate back to Buenos Aires, you'll be picked up at the airport and taken to your hotel. This evening brings a tango show with dinner, letting you experience the dance that made Buenos Aires famous, especially through the legendary Carlos Gardel in the 1930s.

Buenos Aires to Frankfurt
