Yes, it's absolutely possible to join a group. At the moment, there are two people interested in the 14-day tour. Yes, the tour includes a visit to the Orkhon Valley, however Tuvkhun Monastery is not part of the planned route.

This was why I was looking at the 10 day tour (preferably starting on the 1st of June). If it becomes possible to join a group in this regard, it would be optimal. What would the costs then work out to?
