The important basic announcements, e.g. meeting time, the breakfast time, dinner time, etc, needs to be repeated many times, not only 1 or 2 times. Even the notice at hotel lobby is not made known to some members inclusive of myself, till I overhead from members. The guide also needs to be more initiative and take trouble to probe tour members if any problems, not merely react on response, and show smiling face all the time. Other than those expectations, the tour spots are wonderful. The number of tickets offered depends on the patronage of the Alhambra so we cannot guarantee them 100%. If in any case, The Patronato of the Alhambra and Generalife were not granted tickets for certain dates for the participants of the Visit, a tour of the city of Granada will be provided instead: Visit to the Palace of Carlos V, the Archaeological Museum, Church of Santa María de la Alhambra, Royal Chapel and a walk through the city Alcaiceria (silk market) and the Cathedral Square. The entrance to Alcazar of Seville is not included on the tour
