The important basic announcements, e.g. meeting time, the breakfast time, dinner time, etc, needs to be repeated many times, not only 1 or 2 times. Even the notice at hotel lobby is not made known to some members inclusive of myself, till I overhead from members. The guide also needs to be more initiative and take trouble to probe tour members if any problems, not merely react on response, and show smiling face all the time. Other than those expectations, the tour spots are wonderful.
