- karina· April 24th, 2025The agency is reliable, punctual in transfers and the staff is very Totally recommended. I received very good assistance from the moment I made the reservation, the advice from Noemi Montejo was excellent from start to finish. About the places visited in the itinerary I'm speechless, an unforgettable experience, dreamlike landscapes. Natural beauty in Mexico that is worth knowing.Show more
- Charyto· April 21st, 2025Hello! I want to share with you how incredible my trip to Chiapas was. This Mexican state is a true treasure full of natural beauty, culture, and history. From the moment I arrived The beauty of San Cristóbal de las Casas, with its bohemian atmosphere, cobblestone streets, and colorful buildings, made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. Additionally, the local food, full of authentic flavors, was a delight for the palate. The warmth of the people and the rich culture of Chiapas make every moment special. But that’s not all. I was impressed by the majestic Agua Azul waterfalls, with their crystal-clear waters and vibrant shades of blue and green. Then, I explored the stunning ruins of Palenque, an archaeological site that transports you back to the Maya era and leaves you amazed by its architecture and mystery. If you're looking for an adventure full of nature, history, and culture, I highly recommend visiting Chiapas! It’s a destination that will surprise you and leave you with unforgettable memories. Don’t hesitate to plan your trip and experience this unique adventure!Show more

Asked on September 10th, 2023Hi I'm booked on this tour departing October 3 just wondering if the hotels/accommodations we stay at have pools at all? Or if it's possible to get a hotel list so that I can look myself please
- OtisaOperator•Written September 2023
Most of the hotels have a swimming pool, except in San Cristóbal due to the type of climate.

Asked on April 28th, 2023I would be a solo traveller. How would this affect my participation in the trip and the cost?
- OtisaOperator•Written April 2023
The service requires a minimum of two people, so your reservation would be for a single room. For the departure on August 1st, we do not have any registered passengers yet. I can offer you two options, the first one would be to make your reservation for August 15th, so there are more passengers. Or, if you prefer to make the reservation on August 1st, one month before the tour, I can confirm if there are more people.

Traveler•Written February 2023I AM only one traveler and i don"t want to pay extra for private room. Is it possible to share room with someone else??
- OtisaOperator•Written February 2023
The starting point is in Mexico City, we pick you up to start the trip at the hotel where you are staying, suggesting the Hotel Casa Blanca or around it. Our tour does not include flights. The room is private, we can't share it, sorry. But we have terrestrial services to share with more people on February 14th and 28th. Our service is a minimum of 2 people and for both dates it's already considered a special rate when a single person travels and shares the tour with more people.
