  Needed more time in Ottawa The 1000 island tour must include millionaire row and Boldt castle Didn’t explain the old city in C Montreal. Thought what we saw from bus tour in morning was what the old city was like so missed that part that we briefly saw when bc we went for farewell dinner

  I was not happy with most of the tour I was on and I blame most of it on Trafalgar, but the tour Travel Director in my opinion was not the most straight forward person and I was not the only person unhappy with her performance. Trafalgar pick things to do that were pretty stupid to do with the crowd that was on board. I believe that 47 out of 49 were seniors, yet they had us go to a hockey rink for a tour which put us late for our schedule time for our schedule time for our boat ride at Niagara Falls which then put us at the back of the a long line. Then the travel director has us go to Niagara on the lake and gave us 30 minutes which was not on the schedule, but a few people wanted to go. This put us back at the hotel at 8:30 at night without having dinner. These are seniors and the sechedule she gave us showed us getting back around 5:00 and this was just the first day. I know this won’t make any difference with you, but this was the worst vacation I have ever had and this after waiting 3 years while you had my money. I ended up spending roughly $7000 dollars on this trip and wasn’t worth have that.

  Well planned tour, comfortable coach, energetic tour director, good hotels, expert coach driver. Safety arrangement at Hilton Quebec were poor and as result mine & fellow tour lady's hand bags were stolen from hotel's breakfast buffet. We lost our valuables, credit cards, identification documents. Apart from that all was great. There were unexpected surprises for us too which were bonus.

  The tour was ok in so far as you will only get to see a little of each city in the time allotted. The hotels were all excellent except for the Hilton in Quebec City which was not very clean. We requested a different room which we got but it wasn’t any better. The bus was clean and comfortable although with the Air Con, it was quite cold at times and several others on the tour mentioned this. In general the food was good and the tour guides for each location were knowledgeable.

  Do not include Ottawa as a tour site, it was a stop over with a drive by of buildings, Very disappointing. Had to buy additional airline tickets when tour advised it would not return to Toronto until after 4pm, brochure said 2pm, $660.00 addition to price. Quebec city was the high lite of the tour, Montreal next and the rest were mere stops in between. Hotels and food were good to excellent
