- AFrancine· September 10th, 2023We had a delightful group and overall pleasant experience. One suggestion, we had one party on the trip who had difficulties daily with physical demands of the trip. She required the bus to take her back to the hotel while the group was on part one of walking tour of Quebec City….it was very hot , and the hotel was quite a distance from where we were. (We were not in the Delta as a problem arose with that location, rather at the Holiday inn expressâ€â€-way out of town). Not only were we lest standing in 90 degree heat for about 90 min waiting for our bus, i\this decision took away limited and valuable time we had to experience this beautiful site. In my opinion, this passenger should have been provided a taxi ride to the hotel, and not impacted the entire group's experience. Also, I feel Globus needs to ensure people are aware of the physical requirements for ALL trips….accommodations cannot always be made as may not be physically possible…..Show moreTrip date: September 2023Review collected by Globus
