- MBMARY ELIZABETH· September 19th, 2024There was some problems on the first day of the tour. Tour radar did not tell us that they had. I’m assuming sold our tour to a different company while we were waiting for the TourRadar bus. Another small bus up it was a 12 passenger mini bus we had no idea we were supposed to get on that bus. TourRadar did not inform us that we would not be touring with the tour radar logo, I approached the bus driver because we waited an hour to be picked up. Everybody was late. It was pouring rain and I told the driver that TourRadar had not shown up and we have been waiting for an hour and then I saw our name on his list the companies name was RABBIE. It was a fantastic tour. Our drivers name was Michael. However, we had absolutely no communication from TourRadar about this , we could have missed our entire tour. Had I not approached the driver and asked him if we could join his tour. As I said, our name was on his list, but it was a completely different company, and we had no idea. Very poorly done in my opinion. We had no idea where we were going to be lodged. We did not receive that information from TourRadar. The driver knew where we were supposed to go, but we didn’t that something else. Unfortunately they do not offer a waiting list on the tour departure 15/09. The have space available on 16/09 departure, however I don't think this will work given the conference you are attending starts on 19/09 and the alternative date tour would end on 20/09 at 7:30pm in Dublin.
