I don't think we could have had a better tour manager. I don't think the tour would have been as amazing if we didn't have Lorenzo as our guide. His knowledge of the history of the areas we visited was vast and his personality always kept us engaged. His restaurant and shopping recommendationswere always excellent. Furthermore, Roberto's driving was beyond excellent. We always felt safe as long as he was driving. He worked very hard to ensure we had a clean bus inside and out. I hope we will be fortunate to have them in future tours.

Eastern Europe tour with TD Karan K. was amazing. The sites we visited were interesting, guides were informative and Karan often added her personal experience to the area. Hotels were inner city, which is a bonus. Bus driver was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this tour.

Philip Orna was a great tour director and Enrico a great bus operator who made the 15 Europe Highlights tour seamless and a life long memory. Nevertheless, I suggest finding better hotels in Venice, Rome and Florence and allowing tourists to dine at the local Italian markets. Overall, a five star experience!

The tour was great and was the perfect way to get a first taste of Europe. We took in all the major sights and such a variety of food and hotels. Not at all what I expected from a coach tour. We even went to someone's home in Rome for an authentic home cooked meal!

As an American expat living in Europe, I really enjoyed exploring a variety of countries and cities on one trip. I loved visiting places like Amsterdam and Germany for the first time and going back to Italy, where I've been before, and seeing everything on a guided experience gave me an added appreciation for the local history and culture. Our Travel Director Richard was super helpful in recommending local places to check out and which restaurants to try in our free time. Overall I loved my trip, from the sightseeing to the food and hotels, and look forward to going back to some of these countries to explore in more depth.
