Our guide Errica was amazing, she was fun, caring and so informative. She provided a constant flow of information and facts throughout the trip and obviously so passionate about her country. Great combination of small/large towns and the tour guides within each city were wonderful. Beautiful trip!

The tour was excellent. The itinerary was very well organized and efficient. We loved every place we went and all of the local guides. The bus was spacious and clean (however, the Wi-Fi was not working well most of the time). The hotels were all very nice. Donna Laura was the only one that didn't seem very centrally located, but it was nice. Our driver, Alessandro, was a great driver and very pleasant. Saving the best for last, our tour director, Giacomo, was beyond fantastic. Great demeanor and very friendly… extremely knowledgeable… went out of his way on countless occasions to help the people in our group. Overall, we loved this trip - it was like a dream come true!

Itinerary was fast paced many of the seniors were struggling. shocked at # of tourists from cruise ships. Perhaps an itinerary to out of the way locations would be of interest away from crowds. Really enjoyed Stresa!

Our tour was great. Our Tour Director was spectacular, she managed a couple issues with grace, compassion, and patience. We saw everything we wanted and what was not seen, was not the fault of GLOBUS.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Italy. The group of travelers included 24 of the most congenial people I have ever spent time with. And two of them never did get their luggage, which could have made them grumpy, but didn't. Our tour director was one of the best I have ever had.
