The tour took us to places we would not have seen on our own. The guide was great, the hotels were decent. Overall a positive trip and I would do it again. I will say the group size was very large (25 or 30 people). Bit of a slow process getting everyone into a restaurant or onto a bus. The tour was executed in 3 languages. I'm very impressed that our tour guide fluently speaks so many languages! Its a bit of a waiting game going through explanations Italian and Spanish and then English at each talking point. Overall I would recommend this trip. Especially think a minimum of 2 nights at each hotel would be desirable. You can reach Palermo from Catania either with bus or private driver. I wouldn't suggest the train as it takes too much longer but if you would like the experience you could also valuate this possibility.

I can suggest you to take in consideration a longer tour (our 10 days Palermo/Palermo) and miss the firstt night, in this case I would excepcionally make a discount of EUR 50 per person or you could take in consideration our tour starting from Catania on Saturday, and maybe adding some extra nights
