Show moreTrip date: December 2018- Line· December 13th, 2018Our meeting with the Alpine club of Himalaya has only been positive. Sujan, the director, suggested an itinerary based on what we wanted to experience. Our trip went to Chitwan National Park, Lumbini Buddha's birthplace and then continue on to Pokhara. Two of us three were going on a hike for 4-5 days. We learned that the Alpine Club of Himalaya had a great wish that we had good experiences all the way. Hotels and guides attached to our trip over all expectations. And when one of us got sick on the hike from Pokhara- Poon Hill, the guide and managing director Sujan followed up in different ways through visit and phone contact with the the one of us who was sick and in hospital for 2-3 days. Back at the hotel Alpine hotel and apartment we had nice days in Kathmandu. If we were to tired to walk around and just needed som rest, we could sit down in the hall of the hotell where we also met other tourists from Australia, India, China, Israel and Spain to name a few. We also used the top roof where we could sit with a light meal and a drink, where we had a great view of the city. My advice is to take the time to experience the places you go to without stress, do not be too hectic.
