Ho Chi Minh City
You'll arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and get picked up from the airport for transfer to your hotel. After you settle in, there's a Welcome Dinner at Koto restaurant, which operates as a non-profit vocational training centre.

Cai Lay to Cai Be
Head to Cai Lay where you'll unpack your bikes and cycle through back roads to Cai Be, pedalling for about 1.5 hours. Once there, you can walk through narrow alleys and cross small bridges to reach an ancient house in a peaceful fruit orchard. By late afternoon you'll return to Cai Be and relax at a resort overlooking the Mekong River.

Cai Be to Can Tho
Travel by boat across the Tien River, then start a 40km bike ride along the island to see daily life in the Mekong Delta. You'll break for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your ride to Can Tho.

Can Tho to Chau Doc
Before leaving Can Tho, take a boat to visit the famous Cai Rang floating market. After that you'll ride 70km to Chau Doc, stopping at Sam Mountain along the way for views of the region. Check in and have dinner once you arrive.

Chau Doc to Phnom Penh
Take an express boat from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh in the morning. You'll be picked up at the pier and transferred to your hotel, then after a short break your guide takes you out for lunch. The rest of the day is yours to do as you like.

Phnom Penh
Following breakfast, you'll visit Wat Phnom, the National Museum (built in 1917 in traditional Khmer style and opened in 1920 by King Sisowat), and the Independence Monument from 1958. After lunch, check out the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, then head to Toul Sleng Museum.

Phnom Penh to Kampong Thom
Drive from Phnom Penh to your cycling starting point. The first 15km leads to a junction with a dirt road offering rough terrain but nice Mekong River scenery. After lunch you'll continue cycling to Totoeng village, then transfer to Kampong Thom.

Kampong Thom to Siem Reap
Visit the ancient Sambor Prei Kuk temple by private car, then transfer to Damdek to begin a 75km off-road cycling journey toward Siem Reap. You'll arrive around 6pm.

Angkor Archaeological Park
Today's cycling covers approximately 30km as you visit the Angkor Wat Archaeological Park. You'll check out Ta Prohm, the Angkor Thom complex, Bayon temple, and Angkor Wat itself.

After breakfast, transfer to the Thailand border to handle customs for entry. You'll get picked up and taken to your hotel in Aranyaprathet with the evening free.

Cycle on maintained scenic roads out of Aranyaprathet. You'll break for lunch at a wildlife sanctuary, then continue toward Tha Krabak where there's an option to swim at a reservoir and see untouched jungle.

Start with a short transfer past the busy road, then follow minor roads through rural Thai countryside with rubber and eucalyptus plantations along with tapioca and rice fields. The terrain is mostly flat with a few easy rolling hills.

Prachinburi to Nakhon Nayak
Ride along country backroads through small villages and past monasteries and paddy fields on minor roads and byways. You'll stop at Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam to rest, and there's an option for a quick swim. Upon reaching Nakhon Nayak, check in and freshen up before a celebration dinner.
