Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Sigiriya
Your driver will meet you when you land and head straight to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to see the rescued elephants. From there, you'll visit Dambulla Rock Cave Temple with its ancient Buddha statues carved into the rock face. Later in the day, travel on to Sigiriya where you can walk around the historic fortress and check out the fifth-century artwork before getting settled at your hotel for the night.

You'll walk through the well-preserved ruins and learn about its importance in Buddhist history throughout the day.

Anuradhapura

You'll have time to see several sites and take in the history. By afternoon, head back to your hotel to rest and relax for a bit.

Anuradhapura to Wilpattu

Wilpattu to Nilaveli

Nilaveli to Trincomalee
