- Vicki· August 16th, 2025Our guide Placibo from Palermo was most unsatisfactory. Totally unsuited to his role, he was arrogant, walked fast, talked fast and treated the group as school children. We were often left in the hot sun to listen when there was shade elsewhere. He was unpopular with the group as a whole, & it was a relief when Rita replaced him in Catania! The bus driver was good but th bus was old, many seatbelts non functioning & the windows unwashed. Apart from that I enjoyed my tour.Show more
- Vincent· July 21st, 2025The information regarding the trip was difficult to obtain.The tour guide spoke way to fast & hard to understand at time.The hotels had no pool except for 1 which was closed when we arrived at the hotel a little after 7 cause the pool & beach closed at 7 but the pool bar was open till 11Show more

But the tour information on your website was out dated and we therefore book the wrong hotel when we booked for a few days ahead of the tour date. I also felt that the tours of the cities were superficial and skipped many sites that I would have liked to visit.Show more
