Itinerary
- Day 1
Istanbul to Izmir (Ephesus)
Your hotel pickup comes early, around 4-5 AM, then you're heading to the airport for your flight to Izmir. Once you land, it takes about an hour to reach the tour area. From there, you'll spend time walking through Ephesus Ruins and checking out the House of Virgin Mary. The Temple of Artemis is next on the list, and you'll also see views of Isabey Mosque, Basilica of St. John, and Selcuk Castle from various spots around the site. Midday brings lunch, and after eating you can browse through local handicrafts that village women have made and sell. In the afternoon, it's back to the airport for your return flight to Istanbul, then a transfer takes you back to your hotel.
