Although adequate, booked room lowest basic rate. Very friendly, accommodating staff, excellent b/f buffet. Professional tour guide, good presentations at sites and on boat tour, cost of which seemed overpriced looking at posted prices at dock. Ozgur will arrange and confirm everything for you ahead of time and will keep in touch during the tour. We had a short two day stop and still can’t believe how well organized and outstanding the tour was. You will see the highlights of istanbul and learn a lot along the way. The lunch they gave were very bad below average restaurant. Driver never showed up on time at the airport. Wouldn’t recommend city of sultan to anyone. I am glad to have found City of Sultans as they have made it into one of the smoothest experiences possible. Kemal, who was my guide, was very satisfactory when it came to feeding my huge appetite for knowledge about the Ottoman side of history, but also informed me about the Byzantine side of it too. I can't even stop talking about the authentic cuisine after all this time, I have been trying to replicate them at home but have been unable to do so, Turkish Cuisine is no joke haha.
