Arrived a day before the tour started and they still picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. All the tour staff were informative and helpful throughout the tour. The tour of Halong Bay would have to be the highlight of our tour. Boat was lovely and staff excellent. Only suggestion i would make is that the food on the boat was almost all European Food when i would have preferred to eat Vietnamese.
