Accommodation was okay, didn’t like that we had to walk our luggage to the bus on a few occasions, the paths/roads were very uneven. It was was never advertised the amount of walking entailed on this tour, between 8-10kms per day. That is okay if you are fit,healthy and young but the demographic of most of the people on this tour were 60+. The days were very long , maybe they could be a little shorter. The dinners and lunches were disappointing bar a special delicious lunch in Ragusa .. breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Hotels were ok . Mr Pino the bus driver was excellent in his driving skills keeping us very safe on the roads . Over all very happy with tge tour. Entrance to attractions were not included so had to pay then additionally on the bus. Age range should probably be 50-80. The bus was swapped half was through and was a lot less comfortable. The hotels and food were good, and our group - mostly a mix of US and Italians - were very friendly. The tour very 'full on' - with a definite timetable in order to see so much in a week. Hopefully the same individual? We do not know for sure at this point, but your Sicily Escapes program or something similar appears attractive. Approximately how much do you think that might cost?
