When we arrived in Sri Lanka unfortunately it became apparent that the driver could speak very little English and he was not a tour guide as advertised. We therefore learnt very little about the country we were visiting and found it was a lot of money just to pay just for a driver. We were very disappointed and upset. When I complained via touradar as having issues during the tour I heard no response despite them advertising 24hr support. We also didn’t manage to do all the things on the itinerary due to timings and things becoming closed after a certain time, and this needs to be taken into account when advertising their itinerary. Do not book via touradar and best to go direct to the company you are booking with as touradar misinformed us re what tickets were included in our itinerary also.Show moreTrip date: December 2022
