Tillesha· August 22nd, 2024Really good trip. Just be aware they don’t contact you until the last minute for pick up. There is also a lot of driving involved (the van does have AC though). Our driver Dozi was really nice and helpful and made the trip fun. Saw some awesome sights and the camel ride was amazing. Die Kommunikation mit Tourradar daraufhin erwies sich als sehr schwierig und nicht zielführend. Schließlich wurden wir auf einen Tag später vertröstet, was unsere Reiseplanung arg ins Wanken brachte (und die Kreditkarte zum glühen…).Wie kann so etwas passieren? Dadurch entstanden uns nicht nur zusätzliche Übernachtungskosten in Marrakech sondern wir verloren auch einen Tag in Fez. Das Hotel dort war so kurzfristig nicht mehr stornierbar. Uns wurde zwar vom Touroperator „Morocco Tours“ eine Kostenerstattung zugesagt, was natürlich nicht erfolgte… Landschaft und Natur sind großartig aber das ist schließlich kein Verdienst von Tourradar…Show more

He speaks excellent English, is well-versed in the area, and is always upbeat, cheerful, and accommodating of our wants and needs. It was fascinating to learn about his early years, spending them with his nomadic family in the High Atlas Mountains. Our local tour guides spoke excellent English and were friendly and knowledgeable. While the hotel where you spent the first night wasn't particularly clean, the family who runs it makes you feel at home. The desert experience is amazing, especially sleeping under the stars.
